Firstly I like to introduce myself; I’m Vanessa Iti – Mother, Wife and Cupcake Artist.
I love all things cupcakes and am very passionate about cupcake and cake decorating. My love affair with cupcakes started in 2008 when I decided to bake my daughters’ 1st birthday cake. From that day I have been hooked. I love all things gorgeous and try to reflect this in my work. I am also a perfectionist and with every one of my creations only perfection is acceptable. I am so passionate about what I do and just love designing and creating these edible pieces of artwork.
I live right at the bottom of the world in little New Zealand with my beautiful husband and gorgeous little girl. I've always been creative and studied jewellery/3D design at Auckland University. I am so happy that I have finally found a creative outlet where I am able to express my artistic self!
At Bella Cupcakes we use only the best ingredients and are proud to bake from scratch! No pre-mixes in this kitchen. I handcraft all our gorgeous decorations and all decorations are completely edible.
